FITNESS UPDATE – End of Ocsober

Image 1Huge congratulations and THANK YOU for joining us over the past 31 days for Ocsober. You are incredible and it has been amazing to share this journey with you all not only to get healthier, but to help empower our Aussie kids in making safe and healthy life choices.

Your commitment and fundraising efforts have allowed us to fund Healthy Harold vans across the nation for another year, and without your support, this program couldn’t be as successful.

It’s also been an absolute pleasure guiding you into better health this month and I’m so proud of how far you’ve all come. It’s been so much fun seeing all your social media posts too! Thank you for sharing them with us.

Now that you’re on a roll with your health and fitness, it’s much easier to maintain and achieve greater results. Keep up the great work you are doing and you’ll continue to feel healthier every day!

Here are my top tips to keep you feeling amazing:

  • 3-4 litres of water per day
  • At least 30 minutes of movement each day
  • Ask your friends and family to join you for workouts or to share healthy recipes
  • Swap some of your coffees to green juices
  • Swap fried and sugary foods for fresh fruit and vegetables
  • If you want the best results, seek the assistance of a professional – trainer or nutritional coach

To help maintain your momentum, in line with the end of Ocsober, and to continue supporting and guiding you, I’m about to release my newest online workout program. I also have a team of professional nutritional coaches that can create personalised meal plans to suit your goals. We coach both men and women online, and train women from my studio on the Gold Coast.

Take a look back at how far you’ve come in the past 31 days and celebrate! You are a super star and should be so proud of all you have achieved. Your body will also be thanking you for your commitment this year. Well done.

If you have any questions, or if I can help you in any other way, please email me I would love to hear from you!

Your Trainer and Health Coach,
Asha Burnley
