Have you started drinking more water each day? Remember, your aim is to drink 2-3 litres every single day to help improve your digestion, fatigue, headaches and sugar cravings.
Who’s been moving for 30-60 minutes every day? If you’re feeling overwhelmed with your health and fitness journey and not sure where to start, don’t think about what could happen in one month, or a year. Just focus on the 24 hours in front of you and do what you can to get closer to where you want to be.
Make the first step! It could just be a 10-minute walk with a friend or your dog – then try 12 minutes the next day. Before you know it, you’ll be walking for 60 minutes and ready for the next step to getting healthier.
